This notice describes the current product’s limited collection and use of personal information. Effective August 11, 2026.
If you submit an access, contact or editorial contribution request, we may receive your name, work email, company or relationship, selected interest, evidence links and message. We also receive information necessary to operate and secure the hosted service, such as technical request logs.
We use submitted information to respond, understand research needs, review profile claims or corrections, develop the product and protect the service. We do not sell personal information.
The current Analyst watchlist is stored in your browser on your device. It is not submitted with the access form. Clearing browser storage can remove it.
QuantumMundi counts aggregate page views by date and page path to understand product usage. This first-party measurement does not set analytics cookies and does not store IP addresses, advertising identifiers, referrer URLs or device fingerprints in the analytics dataset. The measurement request is not sent when your browser exposes Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Contribution details and submitter information enter a restricted editorial workflow. They are used to verify evidence, document decisions, contact the submitter when necessary and maintain publication provenance.
We retain inquiry data only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, operational records and legal obligations. Service providers may process limited data to host, secure or deliver the product under their own safeguards.
You may ask for information, access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law and valid exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Send privacy requests to hello@quantummundi.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We will review the request under the laws that apply to the relevant processing.
We may update this notice as the product, vendors and data practices evolve. A revised effective date will appear here when material changes are published.
